When sending repairs to Peltor please
include the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Fax if one is available
- Enclose a letter stating the problem
- If unit is under warranty a copy of the receipt must be
included
- If unit is not under warranty a FREE repair estimate will
be provided to the customer. The customer will be notified
within 2-3 days of receipt of the product.
- We recommend the customer use a courier for shipping product
in for repair so proof of delivery can be tracked. Please
keep all tracking numbers to insure your package is received.
